After Form I is submitted, a non-refundable deposit of €80 must be deposited by Friday October 22nd, 2021.
The cost of participation for delegates, judges and advisers has been set at 20 Euros. There is NO delegation fee this year. Student Officers and Advocates do NOT pay the participation fee. Deadline for final payment Friday, 19th November.
How to pay
The payment can be carried out by direct or electronic bank deposit. Please refer to the attachment CGS Banking Details.
It is important you state “CGSMUN_Your School Name” (for school delegations) or “CGSMUN_Name/Surname” (for individuals) in the payment information.
You are then requested to e-mail the Statement of Payment to the following email address:

Refund policy
Please note that conference fees paid by delegates or schools will NOT be refunded once a bank deposit has been made.
