The Fees include snacks and lunch during the conference. Furthermore, transportation to and from Pallini metro and suburban railway station is also included (see below). Lunch includes standard Greek cuisine, while vegetarian meals will also be available. If any of your students is vegetarian and/or is allergic to a specific food or ingredient, please inform us while submitting FORM II. Please inform your students that they will be provided with 3 lunch tickets on the first day (one for each day). They must not misplace them under any circumstances otherwise they will have to pay an additional € 5 for each one of them. Late submission of Form II as well as changes to it after the deadline of Wednesday, October 23rd 2019 will be charged € 10. In cases where mistakes made by CGS to the badges are discovered, the material will be replaced at no extra cost. In case of a mistake in the completion of Form II or loss of conference material, every change and / or replacement will be charged € 10. Delegates are not allowed to enter the conference and / or their committee without their badges! Damage or loss of conference flags will be charged € 15.

Refund policy

Please note that conference fees paid by delegates or schools will NOT be refunded once a bank deposit has been made.

Transportation

Shuttle buses will be available for all participants to and from Pallini metro and suburban railway station.

Upon request and at an extra cost, we can provide international schools or schools not based in Athens as well individuals not living in Athens with transfer from the airport to their hotel or to the school, from and to the school during conference days as well as from their hotel or the school to the airport. The transportation by our shuttle buses includes transportation only to/from the Constitution ( Syntagma ) Square where our recommended hotels are located. The extra cost per person for this transportation is € 30 per person. You should inform us if you wish to use our transportation system in FORM II.
