Important information and consent form regarding the collection and processing of participants' images (appearing in photos and videos)
Important information:
1. The school intends to receive and store photos and videos of participants in the CGSMUN Conference. In addition, photos are printed in albums / printed matter that the school publishes and distributes to students and their parents.
2. You can freely withdraw all or any of the following at any time so that your corresponding photos and videos will be deleted. This obligation obviously does not exist for photos that have been included in commemorative albums / school publications. Furthermore, in the case of photos / videos where more than one participant is depicted, your refusal to consent to your appearance or the subsequent withdrawal of your consent does not mean that the photographs / videos are not downloaded or are destroyed, but the image (face and body) of the participant is just blurred so that it is not recognizable.
3. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing already carried out (album publishing, posting on the school website, etc.).
4. If your photos / videos are posted on the school's website, (i) they will be without the participant’s first name and surname so that the photo / video is not associated with the participant’s personal data and (ii) every effort will be made to prevent the indexing of our website containing your photos / videos by search engines. Furthermore, in the case of withdrawal of consent, we will take reasonable measures to inform third-party data processors which have processed the data.
