Please bear in mind the following important information:
-To attend the social event, a fee of 10€ must be deposited to one of the following accounts and the transaction receipt should be attached to this form.
-No payments will be accepted on the day of the event.
-All registrations for the event must be done through this form.
-No one who has not completed this form and deposited the fee will be allowed to remain on CGS premises after 17.30, when the conference proceedings conclude for the day.
